Marilynn Mincey CV
Marilynn was born and educated in New York. She immigrated to Canada with husband and children in 1971 and with one Airedale Terrier. They began showing and breeding Airedales under the Cymbeline prefix in 1972. Because of her background in Education, judging was a natural continuation of her interest in dogs.
She was licensed in 1984 by the Canadian Kennel Club to judge Terriers. Continuing the education process over the years, she became an all-breed judge licensed by CKC and approved by AKC for all breeds.
Over the years they have bred more than 50 Champion Airedale Terriers-many that have won group and Best In Show awards. Some received their Championships in the USA and Bermuda. Their greatest honour was in 1981 when a homebred bitch Am. Can. Bermuda Champion Cymbeline Special Angel became Top Terrier in Canada. They currently have dogs of Cymbeline breeding doing impressive winning in Russia. They have owned and shown Wire Fox Terriers, Standard Poodles, miniature Dachshunds (wire and long coated), and Lakeland Terriers.
She has judged in Argentina, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Russia, Ukraine, South Africa, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Brazil, Chile and Korea as well as many times in Canada and USA.
She has extensive background in grooming terriers for the show ring and has given seminars on grooming and care of wirehaired dogs. She has also given handling seminars and judging seminars. She has experience judging junior handling.

Dr. Everett K. Mincey
Dr. Mincey began his show-judging career in 1985 with the Terrier Group. He is an all-breed judge licensed by the Canadian Kennel Club and accredited by AKC. He has judged in all 6 continents and in the countries of Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, United States, Switzerland, Argentina, Australia, South Africa, New Zealand, Brazil, Thailand, Peoples Republic of China (Shanghai and Shenzhen), Hong Kong, Philippines, Korea, Indonesia, Mexico and Chile. He was one of the first western judges to judge dog shows in the former Soviet Union.
He and family acquired their first purebred dog in 1970, an Airedale Terrier. During the course of a 30-year program, they showed to championships more than 50 Cymbeline (Reg) Airedales, many of which have achieved BIS. The culmination of their breeding program came in 1981 when Am.Can.Bda Ch. Cymbeline Special Angel became top Terrier in Canada. In 2006, the BOB Airedale Terrier at Crufts was a Russian-bred Airedale sired by an Airedale taken to Russia by Dr Mincey in 1994. He and family have also owned and shown Standard Poodles, Wire and Long-Haired Miniature Dachshunds, Lakeland Terriers and Wire Fox Terriers.
He has been involved in Judges’ education training programs and has given many lectures and symposia on canine structure, judging techniques and presentation in the show ring in Canada and other countries. He is a frequent contributor of articles to dog magazines.

Mrs. Elizabeth Doyle,
Elizabeth Doyle has in conjunction with her family owned, bred and/or exhibited a variety of breeds including: Italian Greyhounds, Löwchens, Irish and English Setters, Golden Retrievers, German Short Haired Pointers, English Cocker Spaniels, Afghans, Greyhounds, Dalmatians and Schipperkes. Currently the family is campaigning Löwchens, Italian Greyhounds, English Setters and Dalmatians. Elizabeth's involvement at club level has included being a Secretary and Committee member of the Southern Gundog Society of which she is a Patroness and Life Member, a past committee member of the Canterbury Ladies Kennel Association, the Southern Irish Setter Club, the Southern Golden Retriever Club and the Canterbury and Regions German Short Haired Pointer Club. A past Secretary and Committee member of the Canterbury Toy Dog Club, and currently a committee member of the English Setter Club. Elizabeth is also Patroness and a Life Member of the Canterbury Kennel Association. Elizabeth started judging in 1975 and holds a license for the Gundog Group, she has also received dispensation to judge the Italian Greyhound Club Championship show in Sydney, Australia. She has been fortunate not only to judge all over New Zealand but extensively throughout Australia, as well as China, the Philippines, New Caledonia, Singapore, Ireland and the U.S.A. Retired from IBM New Zealand she keeps active in the local arts council.
