IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL EXHIBITORS
Approximate times for breed judging, arrangement for drop off zones and parking will be posted with entry numbers.
· A limited number of SPECIAL DISABLED PARKING SPACES will be available for approved exhibitors (refer to form for criteria). Application forms are available -Click below:-
THIS FORM MUST BE LODGED WITH ENTRIES. Application for all disabled spaces close on 9 January 2008.
· Catalogue advertising available
· Absolutely no camping permitted in the Car park. Bookings for on site camping available (02) 6241 2478. Spaces are limited.
· The Society reserves the right to substitute Judges or reallocate breeds from one judge to another should this be necessary.
· This show is conducted under the By-Laws of the RNCAS.
· Dog exhibitors must enter the grounds via Wells Station Road off the Federal Highway.
· Entry to grounds by pass only.
